Mineral Resource Manager

Anthony Bottrill is the Mineral Resource Manager for Great Basin Gold’s Nevada Operations. He has over 11 years of geologic modelling experience at world class operations including developing mineral resource models for copper, gold, uranium, and silver deposits. Prior to joining Great Basin Gold he worked in Australia with BHP Billiton at the Olympic Dam Underground Mine and Open pit Selection Phase Expansion Project as a Senior Resource Geologist. Additionally, his experience includes working for Maptek as a Technical Services Geologist and for Newmont Australia at their Granites Gold Mine as an Open pit Geologist.

Anthony has been working for Great Basin Gold since December of 2010 as a Senior Mineral Resource Geologist. He will be responsible for managing the Hollister Mine Geology Department and overseeing the management of all Core Shed and related functions.
